HV777 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules & Player Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and HV777 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms apply to all use of hv777.onl including registration, deposits, wagering, withdrawals and any interactions with promotional content.

• Withdrawals of bonus funds require the applicable wagering requirement to be met in full before processing. Attempting to withdraw before wagering is complete will result in the bonus balance being removed.
• Standard withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa process within 15 to 30 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours.
• VIP Gold tier players and above receive priority withdrawal processing.

Sports betting on HV777 covers cricket, football, esports and other sports as listed on the platform. All bets are accepted subject to the following rules.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. HV777 does not honour bets where a pricing error occurred due to technical fault or human error.
• For cricket, if a match is abandoned before a valid result is reached under the applicable competition rules, pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned. Matches where a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern result is declared are settled on that result.
• Live in-play bets are accepted until the relevant market is suspended. Once a market is suspended or closed, no further bets can be placed.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win for the accumulator to be settled as a winner. Any void selection results in the accumulator being recalculated excluding that selection.
• HV777 may limit bet amounts on specific markets or for specific accounts at its discretion.

HV777's decision on match result and bet settlement is final. Any appeal must be raised through support within 30 days of the relevant event.

Casino games and fish shooting games on HV777 use certified random number generation (RNG) systems provided by established third-party game suppliers. Game outcomes are independent of previous results and cannot be manipulated by the platform or the player.

• Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by the game provider and are available in the game information section of each title.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will complete normally and the result will be recorded in your account history. If a technical error prevents a round from completing, the stake for that round is refunded.

• Exploiting technical errors, mis-priced odds or software bugs for financial gain.
• Collusion with other players in poker or table games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity or attempting to use HV777 for money laundering purposes.
• Placing bets that qualify for a promotion on behalf of third parties or acting as a proxy bettor for another person.
• Using VPN, proxy services or other tools to misrepresent your location or identity.

HV777 may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any term listed in this agreement.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
